General Details
The first page of the creation process is used to set general information such as:
(1) Tournament Title & Series
Your tournament title will be visible in the tournament discovery section and within the URL of your tournament page.
Maximum 37 Characters.
Tournament Series:
A collection of tournaments that are grouped together. For example, you may want to host multiple qualifier tournaments, then organize a final tournament that is restricted to the winners (or top players) of the qualifiers.
Players will be able to join only ONE of the qualifying tournaments, thereby increasing the stakes. However, they will be able to join the final if they make it this far.
These setting cannot be changed after a tournament has been created.
(2) Game Title & Mode
Select a game from our ever-growing catalogue of Web3 and traditional games.
These setting cannot be changed after a tournament has been created.
(3) Console Restrictions (If applicable)
Certain game titles, such as Apex Legends, are available across different consoles and have different matchmaking settings.
Our tournament creation module allows for a specific console to be mentioned, requiring this username from the players in order to join.
These setting cannot be changed after a tournament has been created.
(4) Solo & Team Settings
Toggle between Solo and Team settings to seamlessly switch between individual and team-based tournaments.
Solo tournaments involve one person being matched up against their opponent in the fixtures.
Team-based tournaments require multiple people (e.g., 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, etc.).
For team-based tournaments, players can either join as part of their clan or create a "one-time team" that only exists for the duration of the tournament.
These setting cannot be changed after a tournament has been created.
Tournament Restrictions
Creating a tournament will allow you to add additional restrictions to suit your event and campaign. These include:
(5) Region Restrictions
Region restrictions allow you to limit your tournament to players from specific regions.
This can ensure players are joining games with the appropriate servers or for specific campaigns.
Restrictions are based on the IP address of the account attempting to join the tournament.
Tournaments can be open for everyone or restricted to a specific region. Below is a breakdown of regions by countries. Note that some countries may appear in multiple regions for maximum compatibility.
These setting cannot be changed after a tournament has been created.
(6) Password Restrictions
Tournaments can be open for anyone to join as long as they have the appropriate gaming username on their Trinity3 account, or they can be locked behind a password. To set a password, click on the password checkbox and enter your desired password.
These setting can be changed after a tournament has been created via the Control Centre.
(7) Account Verification Restrictions
By default, tournaments require users to have a verified account via their Trinity3 profile.
Users can verify their accounts by following the steps within the profile settings and using our Telegram verification bot. Verification helps reduce fraud, blocks bots and prevents multiple user accounts from unfairly influencing tournaments.
What happens when Verification is set to ârequiredâ?

Users will receive XP regardless, when the tournament ends, if the tournament is Trinity3 or partner-hosted
What happens when Verification is set to âNOT requiredâ?
Users can join the tournament without completing their Verification
Users will receive any eligible crypto rewards without completing their verification
To disable account verification, uncheck the option at the bottom of the page and confirm your selection.
