How can I change a gaming username?

If you need to update your gaming username(s), please request this change via a Discord support ticket. A member of the Guardian team will get back to you and fulfil this request.

Who can see my Trinity3 profile?

Gamer profiles are visible to any gamer within the Trinity3 platform. Therefore, please ensure that no inappropriate content is contained within your profile, that will be viewable to other community members. ‍ Overview tournament data, including leaderboard positions that are shown with the gamer profile, will also be viewable to other members of Trinity3.

What happens when I configure My Interests?

The ‘My Interests’ tab, in your User Settings, informs:

• The tournaments that you will see, when viewing tournaments ‘for you’ in your in-app dashboard.

• The sub-category of ‘Leaderboards I am interested in’, in the leaderboard section your tournament dashboard.

How can I change the content in my profile?

You can change your username, bio, and social/stream links in your User Settings.

How is the data in my profile calculated?

Your game statistics are calculated as such:

• The number of tournaments you have played in is calculated by totalling the number of tournaments that you joined, that subsequently started, and which you appeared on the fixtures (even if you were disqualified, or forfeited once the tournament started). Tournaments that you forfeited before starting do not contribute to this data.

• The number of tournaments that you win is calculated by totalling the occasions where you completed a tournament in number one position.

• Your tournament win % is determined from i) the total number of matches you win (including occasions where you auto-progress, due to opponent disqualification or from not being matched with an opponent in an under-joined tournament) and ii) the total number of matches you have lost, been disqualified from, or forfeited after match start.

• Your Total XP is determined by the cumulative amount of XP you have earned during the season from any tournament that you have played, in Trinity3.
