Joining Tournaments User Journey
Before joining a tournament, please familiarise yourself with the rulebook and be aware of any restrictions mentioned within the title, rules or description.
🎮 During Tournaments
During a tournament, you will have the ability to view important information such as the fixtures, tournament/match chats and rulebooks
Failure to ready up at the beginning of each round will result in an automaticdisqualification. Please be mindful of the round times and actively communicate with a moderator if you encounter any problems.
During Tournaments User Journey
Need assistance during a tournament? Press the "Code Red" button on the Lobby tab and then call a moderator to notify. Alternatively, you can join the Trinity3 Discord to receive live support from the Guardian team.
🏆 Claiming Prizes
Tournament rewards will be claimable after the prize pool has been signed by two members of the Guardian team as part of the decentralised model.

Prizes should be available as soon as tournaments finish but times may vary. If your rewards are not claimable after 12 hours, please open a ticket within the Trinity3 Discord server to follow up on the status.
